Welcome to FFMetal I just started riding in the fall of 2025 and am really loving it. I sold my Cobra (click on the My Roadster link above) and bought an Indian Scout and have no regrets. This helmet rack was one of the first things I made for myself. The first couple used car pistons, rods, and valves. Then I began to source motorcycle parts too. I can make these from just about anything, Harley's, Indian, etc., and use different species of wood with a few different stains or just clear. The metal parts are thoroughly degreased and will not transfer dirt to your stuff. I can source use auto pistons a bit easier. If you want motorcycle pistons, but not particular what make, just choose the "Motorcycle Piston" option. If you want HD or Indian, choose that option and leave me notes about your preference. How cool is this!? How fitting to have an arrow on an Indian motorcycle!? Real glossy 13" carbon fiber shaft with fletchings. I can make them with several colored fletching and/or use matte carbon fiber. The ID of the shaft is 8mm, which will slip over the existing linkage, no stress is placed on this shaft. If your shift linkage is longer than 13", I can source longer tubing. You can cut to length with bandsaw, hacksaw, or cutting wheel.
